CCWorth: Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 August 2026

In short: CCWorth is an independent tool that helps you estimate whether a credit card is worth its fee. It is not financial advice, the figures are estimates, and you are responsible for your own decisions. Paid plans renew automatically and you can cancel any time. By creating an account or adding a card you agree to these terms.

1. What CCWorth is

CCWorth is operated by CCWORTH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17347643) ("we", "us", "our"). It is an independent tool for tracking and estimating the value of credit-card rewards, perks and statement credits against annual fees. All valuations, projections and "verdicts" are estimates based on assumptions you can change (for example, how much you value a point). They are illustrative only.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing in CCWorth is financial, credit, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, or an offer. It does not account for your full circumstances. Always check the card issuer's own current terms and consider taking independent professional advice before applying for, keeping, or cancelling any product.

3. Not affiliated with card issuers

CCWorth is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by American Express, Barclays, HSBC, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Marriott, Avios Group or any other issuer or brand. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Accuracy & estimates

We work to keep card data reasonably current, but rates, fees, benefits and rules change and may be out of date or contain errors. Figures may not reflect your actual results and depend on the inputs and assumptions you choose. Verify everything against the issuer's official terms before acting.

5. Your account & data

An account (email + password) is required to save and sync your cards. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.

6. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

CCWorth offers optional paid plans (Plus and Pro) on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

7. Acceptable use

Use CCWorth only for its intended personal purpose and lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, abuse, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data, and don't use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

8. Intellectual property

CCWorth (including its software, design, text and branding) is owned by CCWORTH LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for its intended personal purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from it except as the law allows. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

CCWorth is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable losses, damages and costs we incur arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of CCWorth, or your infringement of any law or third-party right. This does not apply to the extent a loss is caused by us.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end your access to CCWorth if you breach these terms, or where we reasonably need to for legal, security or operational reasons. You can stop using CCWorth and delete your account at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive (including sections 2 to 4 and 8 to 14) continue to apply after your account ends.

12. Changes

We may update these terms or the service from time to time. For material changes we will give notice in the app; continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of our business. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about CCWorth. Except as set out here, no one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms (the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 is excluded).

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, and mandatory local consumer law continues to apply.
